An Overview Of Shaded Pole Motor

1. YJF series shaded pole motors with single phase, 2 or 4 shaded poles are running at rated voltage of 220~240V, 50/60Hz、400V, 50/60Hz or 110~120V,50/60Hz.

2. The output power is from 3 to 34 Watt, which is relative to the stack length and coil parameters.

3. Operating with fan blades and usually with bracket. They are suitable for commercial freezer and cold storage, ice machine, air cooling machine, water cooler, condensing unit, central air-conditioning and heater, etc.

4. The insulation class of motors is B, and the protection class of that is IP42. On request IP44 is available.

5. The motors can be protected with thermal protector in accordance with client's request. When the temperature of windings is at 135℃±5℃，the thermal protector will cut off the current.

6. The useable ambient temperature is from -35℃ to +60℃.

7. Because our standard motors adopt sleeve bearing. We suggest installing these motors horizontally. On request motors can be furnished with ball bearings.

8. The service life of motors is more than 20,000 hours.

9. Before operating the motor, make sure to put the earth wire of the motor connected with the external grounding device.

10. Most of shaded pole motors have passed VDE, CE, and CCC approval.
